Iván Melicoff Abril is a photographer and producer that has worked with Europe’s and USA’s most demanding directors, artists, production companies and brands. 

He’s continuously invested in long term documentary projects relating to the experience of life and passage of time. At the core of his work is the exploration of personal fulfillment, life long dreams and justice.

Currently living in Montreal, he is developing “Long Form Nude”, a video essay series that explores self-censorship and freedom of thought through the use of short form documentary interviews, photography and written word.

Iván has volunteered with the good people at the Native Friendship Centre of Montreal as well as for Code-Life fundraising for their Global Health Mission for children in South Africa.
